What Personal Information Do We Gather/Track?

SPRINT Robotics collects personally identifiable information that can be divided into the following categories:

• Information You Give Us: We receive and store any information you enter while using our Website. This information includes contact information such as your full name, company address, telephone number, email address, a profile photo and notification or digest list preferences. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, and communicating with you.  As part of the community platform you also can participate in discussions, upload documentation pertaining to your company or solution, join events and in some cases vote.
• Automatic Information: We collect limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit the Website. As part of the community platform dashboard, we can monitor which users logged in or took an action on a page or group. We use this information to operate, develop and to improve the quality of our service and to better understand how people interact with us. We also use it to assist you in the event problems arise.
• E-mail Communications: To confirm your account on the Website, SPRINT Robotics requires that you enter your email address so that we can send you an email confirmation of your participation on the Website. We store your email in our database and will send you SPRINT Robotics-related communications: internally from the Website; externally for newsletters from a third party source. If you do not wish to receive internal communication, you must leave the group on the Website that sends the communication; if you do not wish to receive external communication, an unsubscribe link will be provided at the bottom of each email to remove your email from the newsletter mailing list.

We do not rent or sell your personally identifiable information to other companies or individuals.  SPRINT Robotics will not disclose your personally identifiable information to third parties.

We take efforts to protect your information both online and offline.  All information is stored on secure servers in the United States.  Additionally, we perform external backups which are stored on secure servers in the Netherlands.  The website has a SSL certificate and is accessible with the https:// prefix. SPRINT Robotics recognizes your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and as such, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time, for any reason.
